Customers and providers must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information.

Home service providers must not:

  • Misrepresent their qualifications or experience.
  • Display misleading pricing or service descriptions.
  • Falsify licenses, permits, certifications, or insurance information.
  • Misrepresent service availability or response times.
  • Publish false customer testimonials or reviews.

Customers must provide accurate service addresses, contact information, requested services, and booking details.

5. Home Services

Provider Responsibilities

Independent providers are solely responsible for:

  • Services performed.
  • Workmanship.
  • Equipment and tools used.
  • Materials supplied.
  • Pricing.
  • Customer service.
  • Safety practices.
  • Required permits and licenses.
  • Compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Providers must ensure that all information published on EZZYHOME remains accurate, complete, and up to date.

6. Bookings and Payments

Fair Transactions

Users must not:

  • Create fraudulent bookings.
  • Use unauthorized payment methods.
  • Manipulate pricing or service requests.
  • Circumvent the Platform to avoid applicable Platform Service Fees.
  • Abuse refunds or chargebacks.
  • Create fake customer or provider accounts.

Providers are expected to honor confirmed bookings unless cancellation is permitted under their published policies or due to exceptional circumstances.

7. Property and Safety

Safe Working Environment

Customers should ensure that the service location is reasonably safe and accessible for providers.

Users must not:

  • Request illegal services.
  • Knowingly expose providers or customers to dangerous conditions.
  • Damage property belonging to another user.
  • Interfere with the safe completion of booked services.

Providers are expected to follow reasonable safety practices while performing services and comply with applicable health and safety requirements.

8. Platform Security

Protecting the Platform

Users must not:

  • Attempt unauthorized access to the Platform.
  • Upload malware, viruses, or malicious software.
  • Interfere with Platform functionality.
  • Reverse engineer or exploit the Platform.
  • Use automated tools that negatively affect Platform performance.
  • Attempt to bypass Platform security measures.

9. Reviews and Ratings

Honest Feedback

Reviews and ratings must reflect genuine customer experiences.

Users must not:

  • Publish false or misleading reviews.
  • Manipulate ratings.
  • Offer or accept compensation for fake reviews.
  • Harass providers or customers through reviews.

EZZYHOME reserves the right to remove reviews that violate this Policy.

10. Independent Home Service Providers

Marketplace Relationship

Home service providers using EZZYHOME operate as independent businesses.

They are solely responsible for:

  • Services performed.
  • Pricing.
  • Workmanship.
  • Materials used.
  • Customer service.
  • Licenses and permits.
  • Insurance where applicable.
  • Compliance with applicable laws.

EZZYHOME serves solely as a technology marketplace and does not supervise, manage, employ, or control independent providers.

11. Enforcement

Violations

Failure to comply with this Acceptable Use Policy may result in one or more of the following actions:

  • Removal of listings or content.
  • Suspension of bookings.
  • Temporary account suspension.
  • Permanent account termination.
  • Cancellation of bookings where appropriate.
  • Reporting unlawful activity to the appropriate authorities.

EZZYHOME reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action to protect the Platform, its users, and its partners.

12. Policy Updates

Changes

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, technology, legal requirements, or business practices.

Updated versions become effective upon publication on EZZYHOME.
